Insurance
Larry & Leah does not belong to any insurance panels. This does not necessarily mean your insurance will not cover Larry & Leah and the services they provides. You must check with your insurance carrier to see if you can choose your own provider and what your reimbursement for services will be. You are responsible for full payment at the time of your appointment and will be provided a superbill which you can then submit to your insurance carrier for direct reimbursement. In some cases we can send insurance forms from our office.
Fees
$230 for the initial session
$175 for a 45 minute session
There are limited spots available for reduced "sliding scale" fees. If you are interested in becoming a new client of Larry or Leah, LMFTs, please call to see about their availability.
If testing is necessary there is an additional fee that depends on the tests given. This would be explained before testing is administered.
Larry sees clients Monday thru Thursday, and Leah sees clients on Wednesdays. Appointments are limited to availability
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or need to cancel your appointment, and you have not notified the office at least 72 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. If that session can be rescheduled within the same week there will not be a charge for the missed session.
